This pool has some unique qualities please read carefully.TL;DR
- vote for delegate HIGHROLLERSPOOL
- Highrollers Pool pays out 80% of the block rewards forged.
(From jun 7th it's 70% to voters, 10% to a special backer, for details please see this post
- minimum 1000 Lisk voters only
- payout every few days - 10 Lisk minimum
For more details please read this post and the second post
in the thread.DescriptionHighrollers Pool will only accept votes from accounts holding at least 1000 Lisk.
Most active voters who receive meaningful returns use at least this much weight most of the times, so it makes little difference in weight but cuts down on administration and Lisk transaction costs
Any vote from lower amount accounts will be appreciate, but they won't receive any payoutHighrollers Pool will only accept votes until it gains enough weight to secure an active delegate position.
This is something that I believe most pools will implement in time. Simple put this is in the voters best interest.
An active delegate forges the same amount of Lisk no matter how much weight they have and in what position they are. The more weight a pool have however the less dividend they are being able to pay out to their voters.
An example. As I'm writing this, the highest ranking pool has close to 16.5m voting weight, while the minimum weight needed to get into active position is less than 6 million.
Both delegates will forges around 12 500 Lisk per month on average, for simplicity's sake assume that they both pay out 80% of the forged amount.
Let's say that someone uses 100 000 Lisk to vote for both pools.
The first pool will be able to pay this voter around 60.5 Lisk
for the month
For the same timeframe the second pool will pay out 166 Lisk
So it's simple really. The less weight a pool has as long as it's forging, the better it is for voters. Pools without weight cap will soon became unpopular.
For this reason the Highrollers Pool will be closed for further voting weights soon after it reaches active delegate spot.
It may reopen later if the weight becomes less then ideal. I'll always display the open/close status of the pool here.
After every forged block the voters list including their balance will be queried and the block reward distributed according to weight. Any extra weight received by a vote after the closing of the pool will be appreciated but won't result in any payout for those voters. The same may be true if an already present account suddenly increasing their weight an order of magnitude. If this happen it will dealt with on a case-by-case bases.
Payouts scheduled to be occur every two days, the minimum amount being payed out for an account is 10 lisk. Partial amounts will be carried over for the next payout.More about the Highrollers Pool
While it seems customary to tell all about server specs and what are the pool owners plan for the forged amount, it is my firm belief that most voters don't care at all. So I'm just going to say this. The pool is running on a mid tier VPS with several backup nodes and a custom failover solution. I'll let the productivity percentage speak for itself. The Highrollers Pool will pay out 80% of the forged block rewards. The rest will be used for server and maintenance costs, not to mention food and shelter for me.
The payout tracking and executing solution is also custom made. It will be accurate and dependable.
After some debate I decided to forgo making a website for the pool, it seems pointless. Most data I could display are easily available using any explorer or even Lisk client. Anyone really interested in this will have the skills to get and analyze the data anyways, but again I don't think most voters care at all.
