corsaro - #22 - Lisker since the beginning. Vote For Me! Reliable nodes to count on

Sat Apr 02, 2016 1:16 pm

actually sharing a variable percentage of my forged lisk (can vary from 10% to 20%) with my voters (percentage, payouts and sharing modalities can vary depending from various factors, considering market situation and network situation). I reserve the right at any time to modify sharing terms. My payout algorithm is reserved, but mainly based on voter's weight. This payout percentage would not be shared with active forging delegates or any of their related accounts in any case. Payout script runs 4 times per month (approximatively one time per week). First payout run on Mar. 2nd, 2017

Actual Shared Percentage: 10%
Effective Percentage received by voters: ~20% (considering some filters applied to accounts belonging to active forging delegate and, to accounts of reciprocal swappers).

Introduction

Hey guys,

I'm corsaro and I'm in the crypto-coin scene from almost 3 years. I am a bit experienced in PoW minining (on august 2013 I started mining bitcoin, followed by litecoin, dogecoin and few others.. on August 2015 I successfully made a small GPU mining farm to mine ether who is actually still running), PoS mining (mined some PoS coins, like NXT and actually staking decred). I have experience in solo mining too. Last, and not least I am a bit skilled in server maintenance, mainly on GNU/Linux and Windows os.
I have some coding experience in vb.net, C#, C++, PHP, Python, ObjectiveC++

Server Specifications

Actually to offer best performances, I plan to use a total of 9 servers.

Server1 (mainnet)
RAM 16G, CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz, Cores/Threads 4c / 8t, HDD 1x2TB, Anti-DDoS protection, Network 250 Mbit/sec, location France

Server2 (backup server on mainnet)
RAM 16G, CPU Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1226 v3 @ 3.30GHz, Cores/Threads 4c / 4t, HDD 1x2TB, Network 100 Mbit/sec, location United Kingdom

Server3 (backup server on mainnet)
RAM/Swap 8096 MB/4096 MB, HDD 40 GB SSD, CPU 2 vCores, Anti-DDoS protection, Network 100 Mbit/sec, location Italy

Server4 (backup server on mainnet)
RAM/Swap 8096 MB/4096 MB, HDD 120 GB, CPU 4 vCores, Network 200 Mbit/sec, location Lithuania

Server5 (backup server on mainnet)
50 GB RAM, HDD 1200 GB SSD, CPU Intel® Xeon® E5-2620v3, processor, Network 1 Gbit/sec, location United Kingdom

Server6 (backup server on mainnet)
RAM/Swap 8096 MB/4096 MB, HDD 120 GB, CPU 6 vCores, Network 1 Gbit/sec, location Frankfurt/Germany

Server7 (backup server on mainnet)
RAM/Swap 8096 MB/4096 MB, HDD 120 GB, CPU 6 vCores, Network 1 Gbit/sec, location Frankfurt/Germany

Server8 (for testnet)
RAM/Swap 5120 MB/5120 MB, HDD 140 GB, CPU 6 vCores, Network 1 Gbit/sec, location Frankfurt/Germany

Server9 (backup server on testnet)
RAM/Swap 4096 MB/4096 MB, HDD 120 GB, CPU 6 vCores, Network 1 Gbit/sec, location Frankfurt/Germany

As you can see, I think it is very important to support testnet too, so I have 2 servers on a total of 9 working for lisk network.

This is my recent performance on testnet 0.3.1

proud member of GDT, a distributed group of individuals, all over the world, working hard to secure and decentralize the lisk blockchain

Besides, I am partecipating to other dpos forgings, being an active forger of SHIFT currency, a coin based on dpos like lisk

Partecipating to ARK testnet forging too

Recently I opened on bitcointalk, italian section, a thread to help people to manage a delegate lisk node

On July 2016, I funded fixcrypt desktop lisk client

Here the complete list of funders/sponsors:

Main purpose of my candidature is to offer to all users a stable node to count on, in Europe, so to add decentralization and network continuity to the coin forging system. Anyway, I'll focus on allowing diffusion of LISK among people and DAPP developing and diffusion too

As one of the 101 active delegates I would like:
- securing the LISK network against centralization
- promoting LISK developing of some Dapps ( - I already funded the lisk lite client)
- organize and promoting LISK diffusion among people
- maintenance, securing and upgrade of my LISK servers
- being an active member of the delegate community
- offering decentralization to the network and securing the dpos system
- funding with 5% of the forged lisk to other members who contribute to community lisk projects
- starting from 2nd Mar. 2017 I''ll start a plan for sharing a variable percentage of my forged lisk (can vary from 5% to 20%) with my voters (percentage, payouts and sharing modalities can vary depending from various factors, considering market situation and network situation). I reserve the right at any time to stop or to modify sharing terms. My payout algorithm is reserved, but mainly based on voter's weight. This payout percentage would not be shared with active forging delegates or any of their related accounts in any case.

Ending Statement

I hope you will vote for me as active delegate. Voting me can contribute to make lisk more secure and more decentralized.
