hm, not sure what is better. maybe it would be also sufficient to have only "up" votes, not down. similar to Lisk. A vote or none. That would also make 10 text boxes sufficient, with nothing else. and your algo checking the submitted names must be pretty good. can one vote one also 10 time...

it's okay, I think it is pretty clear what you imagine :) Maybe only one vote up and down is not enough. what if there are a few people who would earn a vote? Maybe better something like 10 votes in total per active delegate, doesn't matter if up or down? The form or webfrontend should be very easy ...
